    The Conscious Capitalism Alliance

    The Conscious Capitalism Alliance fosters a community of like-minded business leaders to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking, in service of advancing members’ businesses and the broader Conscious Capitalism Movement.

    Members are currently organized into two categories: individual Executive members, who form the CCA Leadership Community, and Corporate Members, who collaborate with the CCA board to advance the Conscious Capitalism Movement through an ongoing outreach, education, and engagement campaign.

    CCA Guiding Principles include:

    • Alignment of values
    • Commitment to sharing knowledge and networks
    • Shared vision and purpose
    • Balance between idealism and pragmatism
    • Embodiment of conscious leadership
    • Mutual exchange of value

    Initial plans for the CCA in 2010 include:

    • Three day-long learning exchanges at leading Conscious Capitalist companies.
    • Quarterly Conscious Capitalism Learning Teleconferences, with facilitated breakout conversations.
    • 2010 C3 Summit
    • Outreach to media, prospective new members, and other targeted stakeholders to build CCA membership, deliver benefits to existing members, and build the CCA brand.
    • Developing consciouscapitalism.com as a resource center and connecting platform for CCA members and others.
